Chester H. Lloyd

The death of Chester Harold Lloyd, of Greenfield, NB, occurred on January 12th, 2015 at the Upper River Valley Hospital in Waterville, NB. Born on June 18, 1921 in Gordonsville, NB, he was the son of the late James and Cora (Brooks) Lloyd and husband to the late Ola (Smith) Lloyd.

Chester is survived by his children, Lelah Burpee (Howard), Chester Lloyd Jr. (Rose), Delbert Lloyd (Irene), David Lloyd, and Ricky Lloyd (Linda); 13 grandchildren and 22 great- grandchildren.

Chester was the last surviving member of his family.

He was predeceased by his parents; wife, Ola; one infant brother and one sister, Gertrude Giggie.

Visitation will be held from L.R. Giberson Funeral Directors, 207 Burnham Rd. Florenceville-Bristol, NB from 2-4 & 7-9 pm on Thursday, January 15th, 2015. Funeral service will be held from the Family Worship Centre in Florenceville on Friday, January 16th, 2015 at 2:00 pm. Rev. Dale Shaw will be officiating. Interment will be in the Greenfield Cemetery at a later date.
