William Edwin "Bill" Burnham

The death of William Edwin “Bill” Burnham of Florenceville occurred on Thursday, November 12, 2009 at the Upper River Valley Hospital, Waterville. Born December 4, 1933 in Florenceville he was the son of the late Harry and Margaret (McKay) Burnham and husband of Alice (Manuel) Burnham.

Bill is survived by his wife of 56 years, Alice, 3 sons, Brent, Blair and Neil (Martine) Burnham, 5 grandchildren, Eric (Caley), Marci, Megan, Brandon and Thomas Burnham, 4 sisters, Janet McEacharn (Ross), Elizabeth Burnham (Gordon Sedgwick), Lynne Burnham (Rod Gould) and Suzanne Burnham (Jim McAuley) and many nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held from L.R. Giberson Funeral Directors, 207 Burnham Rd. Florenceville on Sunday, November 15, 2009 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. A funeral service will be held Monday, November 16, 2009 at 2:00 pm from the Florenceville Baptist Church. Rev. Charles Thompson will officiate.
