F. Douglas Clark “Doug” of Beechwood, NB passed away at his home on March 31, 2009 surrounded by family and friends. Doug was born in Beechwood on February 6, 1932 he was the son of the late James and Frances (DeMerchant) Clark.

He is survived by his loving wife, Shirley (nee Salmon) Clark, 2 children, Richard (Tammy) Clark and Robyn Chase (Robert), 4 Grandchildren, Bobby, Cameron, Karli and Ashley, 2 brothers, Robert Clark (Marie) and Frederick Clark (June) and many nieces and nephews.

He was predeceased by his parents, 1 sister, Florence Gaunce and 1 brother Melvin Clark.

Visitation will be held at L.R. Giberson Funeral Directors 207 Burnham Rd. Florencville, NB on Thursday April 2, 2009 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. A funeral service will be held Friday, April 3, 2009 at 2:00 pm from the funeral home chapel. Rev. Oral McAffee officiating. Interment will be in the Bristol Free Will Baptist Cemetery at a later date.
