Nancy L. McQuade

It is with sadness that we announce the death of Nancy Lee McQuade of Bath which occurred on Thursday, June 27, 2024, at the River View Manor, Bath. Nancy was born October 9, 1951, in Bath and was the daughter of the late Roy and Elizabeth (McDougall) Hawkes. She was also predeceased by 2 infant siblings, Johnathan and Kelly Joy.


Nancy his survived by her husband, Richard “Dick” McQuade; 2 sons Troy McQuade (Amy) and Trevor McQuade; 2 grandsons, Alex and Will; 5 siblings, Rev. Dr. Brent Hawkes (John Sproule), Jacqueline DesMeules (Paul), Jolean Hawkes, Tony Hawkes (Shelley) and Melissa Cooper (Jeff); 5 aunts, Shirley Robinson, Wyonna Black, Dokey McDougall, Marion McDougall and Alma McDougall as well as several nieces, nephews and extended family.

A Celebration of Nancy’s Life will be held on Wednesday, July 3, 2024 at 2:00 pm from the L.R. Giberson Funeral Chapel. Rev. Dr. Brent Hawkes will officiate. The interment will be in the Pine Tree Cemetery. For those who wish, memorial donations made to the River View Manor would be appreciated.
