Lewis W. Lawrence

The death of Lewis Wilmot Lawrence formerly of Upper Knoxford, NB occurred on Thursday, March 30, 2023 at the Upper River Valley Hospital, Waterville, NB. Lewis was born March 2, 1938 in Bath, NB, he was the son of the late Bedford and Alice (Coston) Lawrence. He was also predeceased by 6 siblings, Shirley Myles (William), Glenwood Lawrence, Clarence Lawrence, Vinal Lawrence, Edwin Lawrence and Geraldine Lawrence; 1 brother in law, Peter McLaughlin.

Lewis is survived by his loving wife, Jacqueline ; 3 sons, Paul Lawrence (Dyan), Jeff Lawrence (Kate) and Scott Lawrence (Grace); 2 grandchildren, Zachary and Bianca; 6 siblings, Lester Lawrence (Audrey), Wilmot Lawrence (Heather), Sylvia Underhill (Hardy), Marion McLaughlin, Eldon Lawrence (Gail) and Kathy Phillips (John); 2 sisters in law, Sharon Lawrence and Marilyn Lawrence; 2 brothers in law, Ron LaCourse and Bryan LaCourse (Corinne) as well as numerous nieces, nephews and extended family.

A family graveside service will be held at a later date in the Upper Knoxford Cemetery. For those who wish, donations made to the New Brunswick Heart and Stroke Foundation or the River Valley Cancer Support Group would be appreciated. L.R.
