Ronald S. Ball

The death of Ronald S. Ball, of Bristol and formerly of Upper Kent, occurred on September 17, 2011 at the Upper River Valley Hospital in Waterville. Born on April 13, 1931, in Upper Kent he was the son of the late Edward and Ruby (Salmon) Ball.

Ronald is survived by his loving wife of 54 years, Nina (nee Ebbett); his daughter, Ruth Theriault (C.P.); his son, Edward Ball (Evelyn); and his two grandchildren, Seth and Sydney Ball and extended family.

He was predeceased by his parents, and one sister, Julia Ebbett.

Visitation will be held from L.R. Giberson Funeral Directors, 207 Burnham Rd. Florenceville-Bristol, on Monday, September 19th, 2011 from 12:00 noon - 2:00 pm. A funeral service will be held at the L.R. Giberson Funeral Chapel at 2:00 pm following the visitation. Interment will be in the Wharton Cemetery in Upper Kent.

In lieu of flowers, donations made to the Wharton Cemetery or a charity of the donor’s choice would be appreciated.
