John R. Anderson

The death of John Russell Anderson of Clearview occurred on Monday, May 30, 2016 at his home. Born January 16, 1944 in Clearview, he was the son of the late Robert and Blanche (Lockhart) Anderson. He was also predeceased by his brother Llewellyn Anderson.

John is survived by his loving wife of 45 years, Patricia, 2 sons, Keith Anderson and Robert Anderson (Angel); 2 grand daughters, Laura and Katie; their mother, Hope Anderson; 5 siblings, Kathy Briggs (Malcolm), Dawn Mullins (Dennis), Merrietta Garland (Ronald), Ronnie Anderson (Julie) and Bonnie Murphy (Laurie); 1 sister in law, Wanda Anderson as well as several nieces, nephews and extended family.

Visitation will be held from L.R. Giberson Funeral Directors, 207 Burnham Rd. Florenceville-Bristol on Wednesday, June 1, 2016 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 2, 2016 at 1:00 pm from the L.R. Giberson Funeral Chapel. Pastor Claude Smith will officiate. Interment will be in the Bristol Community Cemetery.
